Andrew Peacock

Andrew B. Peacock is an attorney within the firm who provides legal counsel to businesses, property owners, and individuals throughout South Georgia. Andrew handles a wide range of matters such as property and business disputes, personal injury, domestic relations, criminal defense, and other litigation matters. He represents clients across a broad spectrum of contested matters, with a primary focus on business litigation and domestic relations. His practice includes, but is not limited to, divorce, adoption, child support, child custody, and legitimation actions. He has experience litigating cases in Municipal, Magistrate, State, and Superior Courts in the surrounding areas.

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, with a minor in Political Science, from Georgia Southern University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

As native of neighboring Pierce County, Andrew is excited to be back in South Georgia to give back to the communities that raised him. Andrew and his fiancé, Raegan, are engaged to be married 2026 and plan on making Baxley their home.
