Graham F. Floyd
Graham is a partner in the firm and handles litigation and contested matters throughout South Georgia. Graham has brought and defended matters before judges and juries, both in State and Federal trial and appellate Courts, his entire career. For the better part of two decades, he has gained a reputation in South Georgia for handling complex business disputes, contested real estate and probate matters, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Graham is at his best when handling novel issues for clients that require creative solutions. Graham enjoys being a problem solver for his clients and, as an ethos, Graham uses that in his practice to resolve issues for his clients effectively and efficiently.
In addition to his litigation practice, Graham is the Solicitor General of the State Courts of Appling and Jeff Davis Counties. Graham also serves as counsel for business, municipal and institutional clients such as Baxley Downtown Development Authority and the Appling County Board of Education, whom he has represented for nearly 15 years.
Graham graduated from the University of Georgia with a BSA in Agriculture in 2004 and from the Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2009. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia having served on the Bench and Bar Committee for a number of years and is also a proud and active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Graham is married to Cristen Hatchett Floyd of Baxley and they have three children, Camille, Robert and Charlotte.
