Madeline Rentz-Tucker
Madeline Rentz-Tucker is an attorney with the firm whose practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business matters, and real estate transactions. Madeline works with individuals, families, and business owners throughout South Georgia to develop practical legal strategies that protect assets and support long-term goals. She regularly advises business owners, including closely held and family-owned businesses, in structuring transactions and addressing legal issues that arise throughout the life of a business.
In addition to her estate planning and business practice, Madeline represents clients in residential and corporate real estate transactions, assisting buyers, sellers, and businesses with property acquisitions, sales, and related real estate matters. She also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration and represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Madeline graduated from the University of Georgia with a BSA in Agriculture and earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
A native of Baxley, Georgia, Madeline is proud to live and practice in her hometown community. She and her husband, Matt, reside in Baxley.
